4 Rasta sat down smoking weed, one ask the other three (3) whats the fastest thing on earth
1st Rasta says " Thought"
2nd Rasta replies, "No, its Blinking, because before you think to blink, you blink"
3rd Rasta says No to the first two (2) and says it's Electricity, because as you flip the switch the light turns on.
